In line with the shift to the National Broadband Network (NBN), Telstra is decommissioning all ISDN systems throughout the country with the process well underway.
Telstra have commenced the disconnection of copper ISDN services from the end of September 2019, as the NBN rollout continues to bring business-grade networking solutions online. with complete shut off expected by the end of 2021.
Businesses currently on those lines will have to switch to another service or lose their phone lines.
